R series deep groove ball bearings are non-separable and require little attention or maintenance in service, capable of operating at high speeds and are widely used radial bearings. The inner and outer ring of single row deep groove ball bearings have a deep groove raceway. The bearings are mainly used to carry radial loads and a part of axial loads in two directions. This kind of bearing can carry much heavy axial loads after the increase of radial clearance, thus, it can take the place of high speed angular contact ball bearings.  Deep groove ball bearings have various types in structure, besides open type bearings, shields or seals at both sides can also be provided.

Features
The bearings are the most typical rolling bearings with extensive applications. The raceways in both of the rings are in arc groove form, which can carry radial and axial load in double directions. They can be applied in situations where high-rotating speed and low noise and low vibration are required.

Q5: How is the lead time?
A: For regular items that are in stock, we could make shipment immediately right after your payment. If the goods are not in stock, our production time is from 15 to 45 days according to the quantity.

Q6: What if I receive defective product for my order?
A: All our bearings are 100% inspected strictly before packing. If you receive any defective product, please provide us photos or videos to show the problem. After confirmation, we shall send you the new product as replacement free of charge.

Q7: What is your term of payment?
A: Term of payment is negotiable. Usually it is 30% deposit in advance, and the balance 70% is paid when the goods are ready for shipment.
