Nylon Products:
Extruded Nylon 6 (PA 6) - natural (white) / black:
Offers an optimal combination of mechanical strength, stiffness, toughness, mechanical damping properties and wear resistance. These properties, together with a favourable electrical insulating ability and a good chemical resistance make extruded nylon 6 a "general purpose" grade for mechanical construction and maintenance.
 
MC Nylon 6 (PA 6) - natural (ivory) / black:
Unmodified cast nylon 6 grade exhibiting characteristics which come very close to those of nylon 66. It combines high strength, stiffness and hardness with good creep and wear resistance, heat ageing properties and machinability.
 
MC Nylon 6 + oil filled (PA6 + oil) - green:
This internally lubricated cast nylon 6 is self-lubricating in the real meaning of the word. Oil filled MC nylon 6, especially developed for unlubricated, highly loaded and slowly moving parts applications, yields a considerable enlargement of the application possibilities of nylons. This because of its reduced coefficient of friction (up to -50%) and improved wear resistance (up to x 10).
 
Nylon 6 + MOS2 (PA6 + MoS²) - grey black:
The addition of MoS² renders this material somewhat stiffer, harder and dimensionally more stable than nylon 66, but results in some loss of impact strength. The nucleating effect of the molybdenum disulphide results into an improved crystalline structure enhancing bearing and wear properties.
 
Nylon 6+ GF30 (PA 6-GF30) - black:
when compared with virgin nylon 6, this 30% glass fibre reinforced and heat stabilised nylon grade offers increased strength, stiffness, creep resistance and dimensional stability whilst retaining an excellent wear resistance. It also allows higher max. service temperatures.
 
Nylon 66: this material with a higher mechanical strength, stiffness, heat and wear resistance than extruded nylon 6. It also has a better creep resistance but its impact strength and mechanical damping ability are reduced. Well suited for machining on automatic lathes.

Polyoxymethylene POM Rod

Polyoxymethylene rod (polyoxymethylene copolymer), commonly known as POM-C, is a sturdy, rigid semi crystalline thermoplastic with excellent sliding performance, high mechanical strength, and outstanding impact and wear resistance. Delrin resin (polyoxymethylene or POM) is an engineering thermoplastic based on formaldehyde polymerization technology. Polyoxymethylene resin has high tensile strength, stiffness, elasticity, fatigue resistance, low friction coefficient against metals, polyoxymethylene, and other plastics, as well as moderate toughness.

Polyoxymethylene has excellent creep resistance. Moisture, lubricants, and solvents have little effect on this performance, which is crucial for components using self tapping screws or interference fit. Good electrical performance makes these materials suitable for electrical applications that require long-term stability. Polyoxymethylene copolymer maintains most of its toughness over a wide temperature range and has the strongest creep resistance among crystalline thermoplastic materials. Low moisture absorption enables molded parts to be reliably used in environments with changing humidity.

Application

POM rod is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with high melting point and high crystallinity, which is particularly suitable for processing on automatic lathes and for manufacturing precision parts.

The specific uses of POM rods include but are not limited to the following aspects:

Bearings and gears: Due to their excellent physical properties and wear resistance, POM rods are often used to manufacture components such as bearing rollers, bearing rings, gears, etc.

Precision parts: machined on automatic lathes, suitable for manufacturing high-precision parts, such as fixtures or smart electronic components in the production process of silicon chips.

Architectural hardware: used for manufacturing architectural hardware such as embedded gears, pump casings, screws, etc

Physical character: Extrude with 100% virgin nylon. It is recognized as the most widely used and known engineering plastic in the current market. PA6 has the best performance, very tough, even at low temperatures, and high hardness in the surface, toughness, mechanical lower shock, and abrasion resistance. Combined with these characteristics and good insulation, and chemical properties, it has become common-level materials. Its widely used in a variety of mechanical structures and spare parts. Compared to PA6, PA66 own the higher hardness, rigidity, a good resistance to wear and heat deflection temperature. Apply to Bearings, gears, wheels, roller shaft, water pump impeller, fan blades, oil delivery pipe, oil storage pipe, rope, fishing nets and transformer coil.
