Product Description

Magneto bearings have a design similar to a Radial bearing (Also known as a Deep groove ball bearing). The inner groove of magneto bearing is a little shallower with brass cage or nylon cage.The outer ring of magneto ball bearing has a shoulder on only one side and separated,which means it is easier to fit than a Radial bearing.

 

Magneto type bearings may be loaded radially and in one direction axially, generally they are mounted in pairs and adjusted against each other with a small amount of end play.  

 

Cages 
Magneto bearings are offered in two cage versions. 
-Brass cage (The most common cage)

-Nylon cage

1.The inner ring groove is slightly lighter than the deep groove ball bearings, the inner diameter of the outer ring without ribs from the side of the circular cylindrical outer ditch.

2. The outer ring can be separated for easy mounting bearings.
3. Normally, the two opposing bearing use. This bearing is an inner diameter of 4-20mm small bearings.
4. Mainly used for small generators, gyroscope, measurement instruments.
5. Usually made of copper alloy stamping cage.

Q2: How is the quality level of your bearings?
A: Our bearings are made of supreme GCr15 bearing steel and are produced with the first class workmanship. The tolerance grade could be P0, P6, P5, P4. The vibration level could be Z1V1, Z2V2, Z3V3.

Q3: Can I get samples to see the quality?
A: Yes, samples are free, but the courier charge shall be borne by the buyer.

Q4: Could you offer OEM service and print my logo/mark on the products?
A: Yes, we could. Please send us your mark registration files, we shall print your logo/mark on the bearings and package.

Q5: How is the lead time?
A: For regular items that are in stock, we could make shipment immediately right after your payment. If the goods are not in stock, our production time is from 15 to 45 days according to the quantity.

Q6: What if I receive defective product for my order?
A: All our bearings are 100% inspected strictly before packing. If you receive any defective product, please provide us photos or videos to show the problem. After confirmation, we shall send you the new product as replacement free of charge.

Q7: What is your term of payment?
A: Term of payment is negotiable. Usually it is 30% deposit in advance, and the balance 70% is paid when the goods are ready for shipment.
